A) TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Educational Purpose Only (Not Legal Advice)

5) Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that immigration decisions carry risk and uncertainty. You agree that you use the Services at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for any actions you take (or do not take) based on the Services.

6) Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability: If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim (or the maximum permitted by applicable law, if different).

7) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

8) Refund Policy – Option A (All Sales Final)

You have selected Refund Policy Option A. Due to the digital nature of this Course and immediate access to online materials and downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

9) Access, Accounts, and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• share your login, transfer access, or allow others to use your account
• resell, sublicense, or “group buy” the Services
• copy, record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from our content (including screenshots or screen recordings) unless explicitly permitted in writing by us

14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction (British Columbia)
